Taking inspiration from the Channel 9 smash hit show, Australian Ninja Warrior, Ninja class is the perfect combination of fun, fitness and strength. Ninja Class combines of exercise styles including rock climbing and sports specific training techniques, to help you improve your grip strength and upper body strength, balance, aglitiy and power. Limit-less Class - Saturday 8:30-9:00am Limit-less class is exactly what it sounds like, limit-less. This class combines strength and fitness training to push you past your limits. It is an extremely high intensity class designed to dramatically improve you dynamic strength, cardio-vascular fitness and endurance in a very short time. If you want results fast and are up for a challenge, this is the class for you!
