Each session offers a mix of high, moderate and low intensity and impact training, for all fitness levels and training experience. Training sessions have been specifically designed to improve your fitness and aerobic endurance, loose body fat and tone up, strengthen bones and muscles and increase power and agility while improving your flexibility and core strength and assisting in injury prevention and management.
