These classes give you the opportunity to far exceed your personal strength goals and limits. Monday 6:00-6:45am, Wednesday 6:00-6:30am AND Friday 6:00-6:45pm
Kettlebells Classes Ketlebell training is a very effective style of weight training and done correctly, is one of the best ways to improve your dynamic and functional strength. It will build and tone lean muscle while strengthening your heart and lungs. During this class our instructors will teach you correct technique for a number of exercise that work your arms, legs, butt, back and abs. Tuesday 6:00-6:30pm AND Friday 6:00-6:30am
