We are excited to bring back some face to face classes in a Coorparoo park until we get the green light to reopen the studio.

This is the perfect way to stay fit, healthy, and connected with community (in person!)

The Online Studio will remain up and running with more classes being added constantly so you can workout with us however and whenever you want!

You can still join us from anywhere in the world, and you don’t even need to leave your house!

Strength

Build and maintain lean muscle mass by targeting the right muscles when you train, layering exercises so that you can still feel the burn without lifting heavy weights!

Fit

Get your sweat on! Using a variety of low and high impact movement options, you’ll increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance

Box-Fit

Brush up on your boxing technique with a solo, non-contact workout comprised of a range of kicks and punches, cardio exercises and HIIT

Pilates

Strengthen your deep core while increasing your mobility, flexibility and mind to muscle connection. We work on each muscle group so you can get full body benefits from micro movements.

Yoga

Develop more mindfulness in your movement as you strengthen your mind, lengthen your body and relieve your stress!

Release

Relax your muscles and your mind using deep stretches, breathwork, and activation techniques. We recommend getting your hands on a lacrosse ball to do some releases, but there’s also plenty of equipment free exercises.
