You have come to the right place! We provide world class training tailored to your needs. 
As someone who is not super experienced in the gym (yet!), we can guide you into a suitable exercise plan and start outlining some goals. 

We recommend: 

3 x 30 minute PT sessions with one of our Principal Trainers - Level 1 ($150)

Under the care, support and instruction of one of our expert trainers, you will begin to learn a solid movement and exercise repertoire, start to understand more about how your body works, and learn to switch on target muscles to give you more bang for your buck with each session. In your sessions, you and your PT will do an initial consultation and goal setting activity, which will then determine the basis of your training plan.  If you are someone who is a little tentative about starting exercise, are concerned about getting injured or have niggling aches and pains, or looking for that little extra care and support, this is the perfect package for you.

10 class pass - 3 month expiry ($150)

You can then start to put into practice everything you've learnt from your PT by stepping into some group classes.  All our classes are completely scalable, and you can feel confident knowing that our trainers will look after you and give you options to modify exercises to your current level.  Part of your one on one goal setting will also include coming up with a plan for which classes are most suitable for you right now, and which ones you can progress to when you are ready. 

I have some gym experience!

As someone with a bit of experience, we want to let you put it into action straight away! 

We recommend: 

3 x 30 minute PT sessions with one of our Principal Trainers - Level 1 ($150)

OR

3 x 30 minute PT sessions with one of our Level 2 Trainers ($120)

Both our Level 1 Principal Trainers and our Level 2 Trainers have at least 5 years experience in the industry so will be able to fine tune your technique. In your sessions, you'll be covering all the basic movements (push, pull, squat, hinge) as well as postural setting and core engagement. With this personalised attention, you'll find yourself getting more out of your training by finding the right variations for your body, and start to uncover some training goals. From there, we can direct you towards the best path to achieving those goals. 

Open Gym ($9.90/week)

OR

Unlimited Classes ($29/week)

Both of these options are a great cost effective way to increase your training volume as you progress towards your goals. We find most members tend to gravitate towards EITHER open gym or unlimited classes (although there's no reason why you can't do both!). If you are super self-sufficient and self-motivated, know your way around the gym and just want to get in, get out, get it done - open gym is for you! We can help with programming to support your goals, or you can do your own thing, but open gym with us gives you a bit of extra accountability from the Sheer Family. 

If you are a social butterfly, classes may be more your speed! Take the thought out of your gym sessions and let our awesome trainers do it for you! They will guide you through a range of different class styles depending on your goals, all of which are completely scalable to suit your current level. Weekly Personal Training ($50-$150/week) 

Let our trainers help get you targeted results - each session is getting you one step closer to your results! We'll sit down and set some solid goals with you and depending on your desired outcome this may also include various forms of physical assessments and fitness testing as well as a tailored program to keep you on track and accountable. Our experienced team of Personal Trainers are trained to deliver personal advice in a number of areas including strength and hypertrophy, sports and performance coaching, rehabilitation and injury prevention, pre and post-natal training, weight loss, nutrition and mindset coaching Session prices vary according to your trainer's experience level, and how many sessions you do each week.  

Unlimited Classes ($29/week)

Classes are a great way to bolster your one on one training, and consistently put into practice everything you've learnt. You'll have access to a range of classes and training methods, with trainers who will guide and push you when you need it most. This is your chance to hone in on specific skills or methods. You can let your schedule or preferences dictate the classes you choose, or your trainer can help devise a plan to get the most out of your membership. VIP Membership ($9.90/week) 

As a Sheer Legend, you want the very best, and you've got it! Our VIP Membership has been specifically designed to enable you to make the most of everything Sheer Transformations has to offer.  VIP membership gives you access to our Open Gym membership, half price entry to our quarterly 6 week challenges, free specialty classes and free workshops for the duration of your membership. VIPs are also entitled to wholesale prices for all YouFoodz and Modere products and free monthly structured weigh-ins.
