Strength Class (Hypertrophy)
These classes are specifically designed to build lean muscle and strength and strip body fat. Strength classes combine a number of strength and power training techniques to strengthen your entire body. All our trainers pride themselves on teaching safe lifting techniques using a variety of equipment including bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, weights machines and other strength equipment and accessories.
